Her work spans adolescents to middle-aged adults, providing a safe, nurturing space that encourages growth through critical thinking, active learning, and the integration of faith and knowledge. Ashley is a Mental Health Therapist, Adjunct Instructor of Psychology and Family Science, and Support Coordinator for Postpartum Support International. She is passionate about perinatal mental health and family well-being, committed to treating each person as unique and deserving of healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. With a master's degree from Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, a bachelor’s degree in Family Science with a minor in Psychology, and ongoing doctoral studies in Marriage and Family Therapy, Ashley also holds certifications as a Perinatal Mental Health Provider and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. As a former Birth and Postpartum Doula, she blends personal experience with professional expertise to offer a comprehensive, empathetic approach to healing. Ashley’s personal challenges—such as teenage pregnancy, familial addiction, and trauma—have deeply shaped her work and commitment to supporting others. With an ACE score of 10, she understands the lasting impact of adversity and is driven to help others heal and grow. Guided by the belief that those who have faced struggle are best equipped to help others (Hebrews 2:18), Ashley embodies the values of acceptance and compassion, focusing on helping all individuals find healing, regardless of their circumstances. We are here to help. - - - - MEET ANNA Anna Ramsey is a compassionate and skilled therapist, dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. She specializes in working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and college students, addressing a variety of issues including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, social skills development, and behavioral concerns. Anna’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with polyvagal theory to create a holistic, individualized experience for each client. She also incorporates creative arts and play therapy techniques, particularly with younger clients, to encourage growth and healing in a playful and engaging way. Having a deep understanding of the courage it takes to seek support, Anna strives to cultivate a safe, empathetic space where clients feel understood and empowered. Her goal is to guide each person toward well-being by fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience, helping them thrive in their unique journey.
