In my time as a therapist (and a client) I have seen the process of safe and genuine connection awaken wisdom, strength, and a healing capacity that we didn’t know was there. It is my priority to be a real and authentic person that welcomes your realness and authenticity too. I practice from a person-centered, mindfulness-based, parts work perspective. I borrow interventions from CBT, DBT, and ACT. And, I am certified in Somatic EMDR. My approach is holistic and aims to support you – body and mind.
