Introduction

Are you struggling with being the best person and professional you can be? Do you find yourself dealing on your own with past childhood emotional and physical abuse; also experiencing nightmares, flashbacks, freakouts, and anger issues? Are you trying to escape the trauma that you endured and masked as a child or while growing up? Sometimes working professionals, businessmen, and women may feel lost, desperate, sad, isolated, and unable to find a solution independently. Let us work together on your core issues to lead you toward recovery from inner child wounds. After a few years of clinical training, my specialty, and joy is to help individuals, like professionals and entrepreneurs in improving their quality of life and relationships. We’ll work together on uncovering the trauma reactions that keep showing up as a trigger; also overriding and letting go of distressing memories using Accelerated Resolution Therapy- trauma reprocessing technique. We'll also work on challenging, and replacing negative core beliefs that keep obstructing a realistic view of yourself, others, and the world using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You can expect this clinician to gather extensive information about you and your relationships for the first two or three sessions to have an accurate understanding of your problem which will help us create a plan of treatment where specific and measurable goals and objectives will be established. My approach to counseling is friendly, warm, empathetic, inquisitive, thought and change- provoking, and when beneficial for my clients, I also choose to use soft and respectful confrontation for the resolution of problems.
