Introduction

Congratulations for making this very difficult decision on how to improve your life! I am here to walk with you on this journey. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important parts in therapy. My goal is to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and begin to open up as we work together towards your goals and challenges. I am client centered and believe in a collaborative approach. I have helped many people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, personality disorders, as well as, people struggling with mom guilt and life balance. I also have experience in couple’s therapy and family therapy. Being in a relationship is hard, and sometimes we can lose sight of how to communicate and how to connect. The same can be said for families. Being in a family doesn’t come with a rule book, and learning how to live within our family system can be difficult. I have helped many families and couples through this tangled web and help them figure out the best ways that work for them.
