Introduction

I work with children, families and adults to gain a better understanding of their social and emotional selves to foster a better sense of balance in their lives. My work focuses on skill building, psychological education, techniques in processing trauma-all while developing resources to help improve overall sense of emotional competency. I promote culturally competent and integrated care to provide sensitive, individualized care to the needs of each person. If you're interested in starting on a new empowered life journey, book a free 15 consultation to see if I'd be a good fit to work with you. *Consultation services are provided to organizations, child care centers and other small human service businesses for professional development, quality assurance, and contract compliance. *Clinical Supervision offered as a support to other mental health providers for licensure and/or overall quality care to their individuals served. *Esoteric healing offers alternative support to your physical, emotional and mental bodies. It is done after an attunement with the client. Assessment is done to check the energetic centers. Magnetic triangles of energy are created between the energy centers, that power the Chakra system, and the energy points, that are located within the body’s various systems. There is an invitation and allowing for energies to be swept, balanced, and restored. *Shamanic Reiki brings together the 7 directions of universal energies with life force energy of Usui Reiki to the energies within and around you. Attuning to the Chakra system , it is assessed and heavy or “hoocha” energy is invited to flow from the system while illuminating Light is swept in. We work together to examine stories to help foster new maps for peace, love, and harmony on this path of Life. *Non-insurance funded service/Self Pay
