Greetings, I'm Barbara Ellis, a devoted clinical mental health therapist who is eager and ready to meet you and provide support for you on your path to optimal mental health and healing. I bring a unique perspective to my practice as an Air Force veteran, having served our country with honor. Drawing upon my education coupled with my life experience, I have been practicing as a trauma-informed therapist for not quite 3 years. I recognize the importance of addressing past, as well as present experiences in the healing process. I am dedicated to helping my clients rebuild a sense of control and empowerment in their lives. In my therapeutic sessions, I create a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment, ensuring that client needs are met in a genuine, authentic, and empathetic manner.
