Through the therapy process or in life coaching, you can learn to improve your well-being and address depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as family and spiritually-related issues. I am trained to use various ways to work with beliefs, emotions, and physical reactions (CPT, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness-based stress reduction, among others). I also have experience working with those who have sensory and emotional sensitivities, chronic pain, and ADHD. Who am I? I am a therapist dedicated to help you be the person you want to be. Since I know that what we believe and what we have experienced matters, I want to help you explore what you believe about yourself, others, the world, and the meaning in life. As well as being a therapist, I am am a wife, mother, educator, clinical supervisor, and a Christian. I work with people of all backgrounds and believe each person is uniquely created with a purpose. It is not my job to get you to think like me, but to help you be able to be who you were designed to be. As we live out our lives with purpose, we will find fulfillment in life -- that is my desire for you.
