Introduction
Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley State College in Behavioral Science in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Utah in 2005. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and has been working with children and families for over 17 years. Barbara is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, EMDR and parent coaching. She has experience working with trauma, attachment problems, oppositional defiant behaviors, and issues around self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and adjustment. She enjoys helping children and families heal and improve their lives.
