Introduction

Relationships are important. They can bring us joy, and connection, and opportunities to grow. You talk to friends and loved ones, you spend time with them, and you likely do caring things for them. And - - How much time do you spend deepening your relationship with yourself? Do you pay attention to how you talk to yourself, how you spend time with yourself, how you care for your Self? It is my experience both personally and professionally that when we spend time working on our relationship with Self, not only do we become happier, and more peaceful internally- our external relationships with others improve as well. Would you like to work on your relationship with yourself? Let’s do it! I work with clients on two different levels of intensity. If you like metaphors - think; taking a walk in nature, versus deadlifts and kettlebell work. Level One: Self care/coping skills - Utlizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Meditation to support the overall health and well being of your mind and mood. This is the taking a walk in nature level. Level Two: Radical Self Acceptance - Combining Jungian Shadow Work, Internal Family Systems, and (if you choose) Psychedelic Integration (more on this later). These are the dead lifts and kettle bells level of intensity. In each session we will ebb and flow between these two levels of work in order for you to dramatically deepen your relationship with Self. PLANT MEDICINE/PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION I began my own journey with psychedelics March 6-8, 2020. The week before the world shut down I participated in three Ayahuasca ceremonies. I was called to sit with the medicine during a time of deep searching. I was completely burnt out after working in large healthcare systems for almost 20 years. Healthcare systems that did not live their missions. The healing and transformation I experienced with Ayahuasca lead me to start my private practice - supporting the healing of others - as my own boss. I have never been happier. Psychedelics can be powerful healers. And, they are not the magic, you are. The medicine won't heal you, but it can open you up so you can do the healing. I am honored to support you as you prepare for psychedelic experiences and integrate the wisdom you recieve into your daily life. Please reach out if you would like to chat more about this transformational work. Healing The Mother Wound At our core we are hardwired to believe our mothers will be nurturing, attentive, and a safe place. When this is not our experience, the pain can be devestating. If you are living in pain surrounding your relationship with your mother, let's work together to heal your mother wound so that you can be free of the pain of what you didn't recieve from her, and move into a more nurturing relationship with Self.
