Introduction

Bambi is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Intermediate Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training, and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with over 12 years of experience. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults in trauma, anxiety, relationship, and attachment issues. Using an prescriptive approach to therapy, Bambi blends evidence-based techniques to serve her client's varying needs. She believes healing and growth occur in a therapeutic relationship that creates space for patients to feel seen and heard. Bambi received her Master's of Social work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock along with a Bachelor‘s of Social Work, with a minor in Psychology, from the same university. Early on, Bambi took interest in treating traumatic experiences and has been trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, and SE and more playful approaches such as art therapy techniques and sand tray. With an insatiably curious nature and a passion for learning, Bambi enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and spending time with her family. In her free time, you can find her reading, cooking, or loving on her animals
