I’m Bailey, owner of Rooted Connections, LLC. I believe in the transformative power of emotions and the importance of understanding. My approach centers on the idea that each person is the expert of their own life, and I’m here to guide and support their discovery process. Emotions are valuable messengers, offering insight into our needs and desires. Rather than suppressing them, I encourage exploration and acceptance. Vulnerability is key to growth, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for that. Through empathy, curiosity, and active listening, I help clients uncover and understand their stories. Together, we can identify what isn’t working, take steps toward positive change, and explore your inner world without shame or blame—because all parts of you are welcome. I specialize in Queer/LGBTQ experiences, trauma, relationships, major life changes, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and grief. My person-centered, strengths-based approach draws from CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatics.
