Bailey is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Wyoming. She received her Masters's degree in Clinical Mental Health through Adams State University. Bailey is one of our individual therapists; who is aiming to specialize in anxiety, trauma, and depression. Bailey offers services from a strengths-based, client-centered modality. She often practices Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal-Family Systems, or Solutions-Focused Therapy modalities. Bailey utilized therapy solely through narrative modalities. She can offer services to both adolescents and adults. Bailey has previous experience working in crisis services with under-resourced youth and in community mental health.
