Introduction

My goal for the counseling relationship is to create a safe environment while offering support to clients struggling with feeling alone, misunderstood, or lost. I show up for clients with an open mind and an opportunity to share their thoughts, express their feelings, and explore their experiences. Everyone deserves the opportunity to speak their truth and be heard and affirmed in return. I have experience with a wide range of mental health and addiction concerns. I specialize in the LGBTQ community, as well as being kink-informed, CNM-friendly, and sex-positive. I also maintain an affirmative mindset towards neurodiversity, dissociative disorders, and attachment-related concerns. I consider myself thoughtfully eclectic in my approach!
