Introduction

Hi there, I'm here to help you bloom into your best self! I'm a person centered therapist who works with Adolescents, Adults, and Couples. For Adults, I provide you with a safe place to reconnect with your inner child. I can help you nurture your inner world, heal your past, and learn how to develop a loving relationship with yourself. Using psychodynamic and internal family systems therapy, as well as mindfulness, we go to your past to understand your present and change your future. For Teens, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help teens learn how to manage anxiety, and increase their self-confidence. I'm also South Asian and am passionate about providing culturally nuanced care to all my brown (BIPOC/AAPI) folks out there! I believe that you are the expert on your own wondrous journey through life and I am here to help you untangle some things, heal some things, and guide you through. Feel free to give me a call or send me an email to schedule an appointment and don't forget to play today!
