Introduction

I help women who are navigating parenting, their career, and their relationships find themselves again and find themselves again and find balance in their lives without shame or judgment. I specialize in working with individuals who identify as women, but I see a variety of clients with similar challenges and typically work with those who are ages 18+ who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, relationship stressors, and/or career issues.
