Introduction

I have a strong belief that all individuals are resilient and cable of living full, authentic lives. I have worked in a variety of level of care settings with a range of providing individual, group, and family therapy. I am passionate about offering care from a HAES (Health At Every Size) view point. If you or a loved one are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, eating/body image, and stress-related issues. I would be happy to assist you in a judgment-free, supportive environment. I use an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy. I have training and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Exposure Response & Prevention (ERP), Family Based Therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma resolution. I focus my practice on teen and adult (18 and over) clients. We'll work together to identify the factors that influence your life and implement steps for you to connect to your best, authentic self!
