Introduction

My focus is on assisting adults and young adults in gaining insight and awareness into what is causing them distress, discouragement, or feelings of being stuck. My therapeutic work is shaped by humanistic, experiential, and cognitive behavioral techniques. My areas of clinical interest and specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress management, and life transitions. Our work together will help you make sense of earlier experiences, address current concerns, and provide you with tools for making real and lasting change. I will use my knowledge and experience, as well as effective therapeutic techniques, to help guide and empower you so that you can work your way out of your challenges. I provide a positive space and warm therapeutic relationship and I welcome those who are new to therapy.
