Hi there, I'm genuinely glad you're reaching out to explore beginning therapy! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and I have been working in the behavioral health field for about ten years. If you are struggling with addictions or the impacts of traumatic experiences, I may be a great fit! I have a direct yet warm approach to the therapeutic process and inherently believe healing is possible. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment. I also enjoy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to support you to make the changes needed to live your most fulfilling and enjoyable life!
