Hi, I’m Audrey! I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). My journey into the mental health field was deeply personal—witnessing the growth and healing my sister experienced through therapy truly inspired me. It opened my eyes to the power of being seen, heard, and supported in a meaningful way. Over the years, I also found myself becoming the go-to person among friends—the one they turned to when they needed someone to really listen. Whether they were navigating heartbreak, anxiety, identity questions, or just life’s ups and downs, they trusted me with their stories. And I realized: holding space for others is something I’m deeply called to do. Now, as a therapist, I’m here to offer that same safe, supportive space for you. I believe that healing happens in relationships—when we feel accepted, understood, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, or relationship struggles, I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward clarity, healing, and personal growth.
