Introduction

Therapy begins with a connection between client and therapist. Over time, this connection allows for exploration, insight, and deep healing. My work begins with meeting my clients where they are; being able to see them as a whole person. I am an affirming and trauma-informed therapist, and have worked with people from diverse backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, challenges in relationships, and difficulty with life transitions.
