It is exhausting to work hard on being your best but never feel like it’s enough. But change is possible and I can help. We will focus on what is most meaningful to you today and consider how experiences from the past interlace with the present. Although it can feel scary to approach long standing issues, as your therapist I will support and respect your individual pace. Therapy can empower you to cope with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, loss, past trauma, identity issues, insecurities, and adult ADHD. I offer a variety of treatment options to match the intensity of the client's issue, as well as their preferences for treatment. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based practice techniques or self-help applications and tools. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people who are journeying toward hope, health, and healing.
