Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate in the metro area south of Denver. I specialize in integrating my favorite therapeutic approaches to help clients find better understanding of the stories they tell themselves about themselves. Sometimes all you need is a listening ear and maybe a practical tool or two. Counseling can be a supportive and safe space to explore and manage change - whether it's career difficulties, relationship issues, or emotional challenges. Through our work together, we will establish goals and find regulation to help you cope in ways that are healthy and beneficial. My belief and joy in my work is rooted in the hope found in this verse: "For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland."
