I have worked with clients of all ages, surrounding multiple issues; anxiety, depression, grief, crisis management, abuse, etc. My first priority in practice is to build a relationship with my clients. This allows me to help individuals set and achieve goals to reach a new potential. After that we can work towards you living your best life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you build healthy social and emotional skills; Helping you through self-discovery to feeling better and to learn effective ways of coping with diverse situations.
