Aubrey is committed and dedicated to restoring the connections with ourselves and with our loved ones. While conflict is a normal process of our everyday lives, it causes extreme dysfunction when not handled with the care, compassion, and the proper attunement that so much of us deserve. Aubrey has been a practicing clinician for over 10 years, specializing in trauma, attachment wounds, substance abuse, and high conflict dynamics. “We don’t get harmony when everybody sings the same note. Only notes that are different can harmonize. The same is true with people.” Aubrey sees children 10 and older, adolescents, adults, families and couples. She is trained in EMDR and is a Certified Mediator who is an informed member of the Association for Familial and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Aubrey accepts private pay but in the process of paneling with some insurances.
