Introduction

I work with adults presenting with a wide range of conditions, everyday life circumstances, interpersonal conflict, and concerns pertaining to mental health. Together, we develop and implement mental, emotional, behavioral short-term and long-term goals using various modalities for treatment. I provide evaluations, assessment, diagnosis management, and treatment services to adults. Areas of specialized & evidence-based training include but are not limited to CBT, CAMS, MI, Psychodynamic, and strength-based methods. Life is an ongoing process because we all change, and sometimes it feels like no one understands, I’m here to listen. My hope is to provide a safe space to share, explore and grow.
