Introduction

Feeling stuck? Let’s work together to get you moving forward. Whether your mind races with self-doubt, your relationship feels disconnected, or you feel like you're failing as a parent, it's frustrating and exhausting. Maybe you're just drained from having to constantly cope. Or maybe you know something is off and want to figure out what is going on and what you can do about it. You seek answers and relief—peace of mind, stronger connections, practical solutions, or a place of reprieve. Using CBT, we'll identify and reframe thought patterns holding you back and develop healthier ways to cope and respond. I specialize in OCD (ERP, SPACE), couples (Gottman Method—Level 3), and families with kids aged 2-6 (PCIT). I also offer psychological testing, which may give a fuller picture of your strengths and your constraints and challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and asking open-ended questions to help you see new perspectives. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel supported, encouraged, empowered, and—yes—sometimes even able to laugh as we tackle tough moments together. Ready to synthesize acceptance and change? Let's dive in!
