I have a passion for helping others create and strengthen meaningful relationships in their lives, whether it be with their partner, loved one or self. I enjoy working with couples and individuals and helping them identify and change hurtful relationship patterns and negative beliefs and create new healthy ones. Healing and change happen through relationships when we feel secure and loved. As your therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe, secure, non-judgmental atmosphere so that the growth and change you seek can occur. I want you to know you're not alone in this struggle, and there is hope and a way to get to a better place. When we work together, you will have a safe, secure place to find true acceptance and understanding, build and strengthen bonds with self and others and heal emotional wounds. I will use empathy and acceptance, while helping you understand and change your negative patterns and build on your natural strengths. Together we can work on rewriting your love story and work on the next chapters so that it can become the love story that you've always longed for.
