Introduction

Despite our many differences, we all face challenges and setbacks that can put the brakes on life, and share the common goal of being the best version of ourselves. Whether you're working two jobs to keep the lights on; a couple married for 20+ years; or a corporate professional, we could all use someone to talk to and get a different perspective on life. Take a chance; give change a shot and call me for an intake to take the first step towards getting your life back on track. No pressure, no judgment. What do you have to lose? I am fully licensed to practice in NJ and CT; accepting telehealth clients in both locations. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help people struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for PTSD. I believe that everyone has their own unique set of problems that require a collaborative approach to therapy where we work together to determine how to best meet your needs. Our journey together will begin with an intake to learn more about you and your background so that I can better understand your situation and how to help.
