I graduated from Winthrop University with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Development. After graduation, I obtained my license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). My approach is as unique as you. I use a holistic approach and believe in the mind-body connection. I work with adolescents and young adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Counseling is as unique as you are, so my approach will be tailored to you; what works, what you like, etc. I incorporate mindfulness practices and somatic techniques that foster the mind-body connection.
