Introduction

Have you ever felt like your problems are too big, small, or unusual for therapy? Are you living in fear, shame, or hopelessness? I hear you. My name is Ashton (they/he), and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a body-neutral, anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+-affirming provider who pulls from many different types of therapy to ensure that the care I provide is tailored to who you are as a person. My goal is to walk beside you as you build the life you want. I am a licensed social worker with experience working with adolescents and adults to address anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, school-related concerns, and more. As a queer, transmasculine person, I’m also passionate about serving LGBTQ+ individuals, including transgender and non-binary people exploring or affirming their gender identity. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary. Join me on your lunch break, in your pajamas, or from your kitchen table – I’ll meet you wherever you are. I strive to create a safe, affirming place where you can bring your whole self and address the problems you care about. Reach out however you feel most comfortable – I can't wait to hear from you!
