I specialize in treating a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, women's issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My techniques include: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Managing Emotional States Effectively (MESE), Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Gottman Method Couples Counseling, and Family Systems Therapy. I do not accept insurance at this time but offer sliding scale options. I have in-person and telehealth appointments available.
