I will provide a 15-minute free consultation to answer any questions you may have or to see if we are a right fit. Finding a therapist you are compatible with is important for your mental health goals. All documents are filled out online in my client portal and once complete we can schedule your first session as soon as you are ready. The first session typically is an assessment session where I collect information about you to help you create goals and format what our session will look like going forward.
