Introduction

At Vitarelli Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness (VIP Wellness) everyone is a VIP! My approach to care is holistic and deeply personalized. I focus on uncovering the root causes of challenges while understanding each individual at their core, helping them live authentically, with purpose, and a full appreciation of life’s joys. My goal is to equip clients with the tools to navigate struggles effectively and build lasting mental resilience. I integrate diet, supplements, and medication as part of a comprehensive healing journey—guiding individuals toward self-discovery, personal growth, and emotional well-being. I work with patients of all ages, with a special emphasis on strengthening family dynamics. Whether supporting entire family units for healthier relationships or helping individuals better understand and integrate within their families of origin, I strive to foster deeper connections and long-term wellness. In a world where so much of our lives take place behind a screen, I strive to create a warm, inviting, and soothing environment for in-office appointments—one that feels safe, comfortable, and personal rather than overly clinical. That being said, I also recognize the value of accessibility and convenience, which is why I offer both in-office and telehealth appointments. I ensure that all sessions—whether virtual or in-office—provide a supportive and engaging space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward mental wellness. Let’s work together to bring balance, joy, and lasting well-being into your life. Healing for mind, body and soul with integrative psychiatry! Book your FREE 15-minute phone consultation today to see if I’m the right fit for your journey to wellness!
