Asking for help can be difficult and intimidating. My focuses are in the areas of childhood trauma, depression, self-confidence, boundaries, and communication. I'm here to provide a safe space for you to work through the challenges going on in your life; whether it is providing the education, tools, or being the support you need. I work with you throughout therapy, side by side, one step at a time. I provide you with coping skills to manage the symptoms, as well as work with you to identify and understand where the symptoms are coming from and why they are occurring. Coping skills are often times used as a means to manage symptoms with a short-term effect; working to identify underlying issues, the origin of the problem, will create long-term growth. Therapy can help you understand what you are experiencing, provide you with a safe environment to feel seen and heard, and to assist you in the growth you are looking for. I listen to my client's wants and needs, and provide the best care and treatment approach based on this. My goal as a therapist is to help you reach the life you want to live.
