Introduction
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have a dual Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I see therapy as an opportunity to help people become more connected to themselves, so they can connect more authentically to others. I work from a wholistic viewpoint and incorporate elements of wellness, mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy in therapy sessions. I am deeply committed to promoting an environment that affirms the dignity, worth and value of all individuals. I strive to create an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for the race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, physical/mental ability, sexual orientation, size and appearance, marital status, parental status, gender identity, gender expression and socioeconomic status of all persons.
