Sometimes seeking support can often feel like an exposing and vulnerable process, yet it doesn't have to be. Unpacking deep-rooted patterns and beliefs takes time, and can happen when we feel safe enough to disclose to others. I value connection and relationship in my practice, and aim to create a space where that processing can truly happen. I assist clients in identifying their patterns and core beliefs, and skills to regulate their emotions while focusing on their goals. My areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, depression, and folks who want to explore improving their quality of life. I focus both on the cognitive and somatic processes that occur so that individuals begin to experience a deeper connection with themselves and their needs. I am also trained in EMDR and offer these services as well. There is no shame in looking inside your mental toolbox and determining there are a few more "tools" you'd like to add to it. We cannot manifest these "tools" out of thin air, sometimes we need some support. I am a very relational therapist and I focus on direct client collaboration so that you are always aware of what is happening in the therapy process.
