LMFT Summit Trail Therapy
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Child or Adolescent, College Mental Health,

Introduction

I believe that therapy is a unique experience that provides a safe place to assist in acknowledging resiliency, providing hope and cultivating healing and growth within individuals and interpersonal relationships. All clients come in with their own personality, strengths, struggles, and differing walks of life. In order to match this, I operate from a person-centered approach and emphasize each individual’s strengths to empower and challenge them to grow while assisting in defining their own goals and successes. I offer individual, couple and family therapy and have found that my passion lies within helping adolescents navigate through the good, the bad and the ugly of being a teenager, as well as providing support throughout the young adult years. I conceptualize presenting issues from a systemic lens and fully believe in the healing power of systems based therapy. As many clients come to therapy not of their own choosing or with skepticism, I place emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with validation, trust, accountability, candid feedback and a little bit of humor as needed! Enough about me, I can't wait to learn more about you!
