Introduction

I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas (TX LPC #69766) and have been helping people from all walks of life over the past 12 years. I enjoy working with all people and adapt my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. I have a nurturing, authentic, curious and reflective therapeutic style. I like to incorporate elements of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, expressive arts and therapeutic play when appropriate. My specialties include anxiety, stress management, mood disorders, communication difficulties, relationship challenges and self-esteem.
