Hi, I’m Ashley! First off, thank you for being open to investing in your mental health and seeking help in becoming the best version of yourself. You matter! My role is to guide clients in exploring unresolved traumas and find internal peace within themselves. I understand that every individual is unique and no one treatment modality fits all which is why I operate using a strength based person centered approach. While at times I may challenge you, it is my goal to ensure you feel safe and are comfortable. During sessions, we will work on coping skills, improving communication, process challenging emotions, gain insight into ourselves as well as find motivations, learn relaxation techniques, practice gratitude and acceptance, work on reframing thought patterns, develop safety plans, establish boundaries, and become more self aware. My goal is simply to build a therapeutic relationship build on trust so I can support you, guide you, and allow you to feel seen/heard and valued for the wonderful person you are. It is my hope that you leave sessions feeling rejuvenated and empowered while building the life you dream of one step at a time. I specialize in working with children, youth, and young adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, struggle with self image, are facing relationship issues, etc. We’re here on this planet to do more than survive-you have the skills within you to truly thrive and live a fulfilled life.
