Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Maitland, FL specializing in working with individuals dealing with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and more utilizing EMDR therapy, traditional talk therapy, mindfulness and other tools. I became a counselor because I believe that healthy humans have the ability to break cycles of unhealthy behaviors, trauma and abuse. We may not have had control over the things that have happened to us, but we have the power to choose to heal from them. I feel honored to be able witness and support people as they find wholeness, healing, and empowerment within themselves.
