When you feel broken and defeated, the task of rebuilding or repurposing yourself and your life can leave you feeling overwhelmed and wondering where to turn. We all experience challenges and difficult emotions that need attention and processing. When you are ready to begin your journey of emotional healing you do not need to go through it alone! If you are currently feeling burn-out from your job, are experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms, experiencing caregiver fatigue from working in the helping profession, or are a parent who has experienced trauma/overwhelm during their parenting journey and have had children diagnosed with a variety of different challenges- we may be good fit! My clients appreciate my compassionate and warm approach. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I offer in person and virtual sessions, and currently have evening availability. I currently work with individual clients over the age of 15 years old and specialize in trauma and grief. Email or text me to schedule your first appointment.
