Introduction

I work with many adults who often feel that they do not in fact know how to adult. Often, the individuals I serve come to therapy feeling lost and that life has lost some of its meaning. Many experience emotions of confusion and anxiety. My focus is to explore with you your values, identify barriers preventing you from fully living in those values, and collaborate on ways to shift those barriers out of the way. I offer a direct, authentic, and conversational approach to my work.
