Introduction

I began as a Social Worker specializing in the school setting. After the arrival of my first child, I realized how isolated I felt. I then found a Doula program and started working as a Doula and Postpartum Facilitator for a few years. I noticed there was a large gap in services and programs for maternal mental health and wellness. With my love for children, I pivoted in the world of "Mothering the mother and parent." We need a community of support in order to guide the children. We need someone who knows what they're talking about and someone relatable. We need folx that are affirming and culturally curious and competent. I began this journey with a passion to "Find your way back to you." I integrate various methods and modalities. I ask the "right" questions to get the most optimal answers to finding your way back to your most authentic self. Peace, Ro
