Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Registered Art Therapist Provisional (ATR-P), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rowan University and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Caldwell University. Ashley has experience working at outpatient programs providing services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Ashley has worked with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence (survivor and perpetrator), grief and loss, and low self-esteem. Ashley’s love for art and her passion for helping individuals led her to a career in Counseling and Art Therapy. Her compassion, reliability, selflessness, and adaptability helps her understand the unique needs of her clients and provides them with a personalized approach. She provides her clients with a comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe environment to express their emotions and promotes growth and transformation. Her use of art therapy allows clients a creative outlet to help in the healing process. In addition to art therapy, Ashley has been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
