Introduction

We all have inner strengths that bring us value and resiliency. Those strengths are easily covered up or forgotten due to life experiences, challenging relationships with others, and seemingly impossible circumstances. In sessions, we will uncover personal strengths, alter unhealthy thought patterns, and explore prolonged pain, shame, and guilt. We all deserve to be happy and feel successful, proud, and able. Together, we'll create a safe space to explore and recover from life’s challenges. I have learned through personal experiences that humans need each other to develop resiliency and strength to make life meaningful. Asking for help is often the hardest part. I’m here for you. I have worked in the field of helping others for the past 10 years. I began with an in-home respite for seniors and continued with behavioral clinics for children on the autism spectrum, domestic violence resource centers, extensive outpatient community mental health agencies, and adult day centers. I have found that I live within my core values when helping humans heal.
