Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults of all ages. I utilize an integrative approach to best support clients' needs and therapeutic goals. Some of the concerns I specialize in are depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, social anxiety, body-image, trichotillomania/bfrbs. I provide a strengths-based, humanistic perspective to best support client’s needs and their journey to wellness. Through providing a compassionate and collaborative approach, I aspire to empower and promote self-exploration, resilience, and flourishing within my clients. I utilize various modalities, customized to meet each client’s needs to create a specialized and integrative treatment plan. Such modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
