Introduction

I enjoy working with clients who are ready for change and need assistance when things seem "unclear". This could include addressing trauma, shame, boundary issues, depression, anxiety, or any other problem creating distance in clients' relationships with others and with themselves. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your specific needs. For your convenience, I currently offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. **I see clients Monday- Thursdays. I am private pay. I offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out of network partial reimbursement upon request.
