Introduction

I specialize in helping people of all ages manage and decrease their anxiety. While anxiety can be a part of daily life, at times it becomes debilitating or distressing. I work with my clients to find a way to balance daily stress while still finding enjoyment in life. Additionally, I am trained and qualified to provide evidence-based treatments for specific anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, or Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I utilize cognitive-behavioral approaches, with a focus on exposure therapy.
