To help her clients meet their goals, she utilizes a combination of evidenced-based psychological assessment measures and clinical interventions including, person-centered and solution-focused approaches, as well as energy psychology, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and motivational interviewing strategies. As a mental health clinician and advocate, Jessica’s goal for treatment is to work collaboratively with her clients to improve their quality of life and capacity for growth. Jessica believes that long-term recovery of any kind requires honesty, open-mindedness, and a willingness to change. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with an emphasis of human sexuality from San Francisco State University and Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University - San Francisco. Currently, she is finishing her Doctor of Philosophy degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis of social justice from CSPP and has advanced to doctoral candidacy.
