Introduction

Hi, I'm Ashley. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been in practice for over 10 years. I graduated from LSU with a BS in Family Child and Consumer Sciences and Richmont University with an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’ve worked in a wide range of clinical settings - addictions treatment, foster care organizations, a mental health trauma collective - but have found my sweet spot to be working with couples and new parents. Clients have described me as warm and direct with a “no bs” policy. I love helping people change the trajectory of their most important relationships and showing you how to take what we do in the office into your real life, so that you’re not stuck in an office with me forever. I am trained in the Gottman method, a certified EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) clinician, and certified with Postpartum Support International. I'm also certified with the American Board of Christian Sex Therapy. When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me elbows deep in garden dirt or at the beach with my husband and kids.
